During your session, you will lie comfortably on a padded table, fully clothed and supported. Your job will be to relax. I will move you through the bones in specific ways that show me what movements are hard for you to access, have been forgotten for whatever reason and what works perfectly well. Slowly, forgotten patterns will be reintroduced, never exceeding your comfort level. The result is a wider range of choice and ease in how you do everything.

Also in your sessions, I will teach you micro-exercises you can do on your own that reinforce what progress we have made. You can maintain yourself with several Feldenkrais® exercises especially designed for you. To maintain takes only minutes a day.
